Grilled vegetables pizza

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Zucchini slices
10 \N Eggplant slices
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 \N Pizza crust
1 cup Mozzarella cheese --
\N \N Shredded
¼ cup Roasted pepper slices
1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves --
\N \N Chopped

Preheat grill. Lightly salt zucchini and eggplant. Brush with oil.

Grill on both sides until tender. Sprinkle crust with cheese. Top with grilled vegetables, roasted peppers, basil and remaining cheese.

Place crust on grill 5 inches from coals. Cover and grill for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted. Recipe By :
