|2 larges||Vidalia onions; quartered, (or other sweet onion)|
|3||Thin green zucchini squash; unpeeled, sliced thick|

This is one of our favorites and comes from CHEZ PATRICK - our house! These ingredients are for about 4 people, but can easily be modified for company.
Cut a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and spray with olive oil. Put the veggies in the foil and salt and pepper. I also use some basil and Mrs.
