Roasted vegetable pizza

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Plum tomatoes -- quartered
¼ pounds Asparagus -- cut 1-1/2\" pcs
1 small Zucchini -- slice
1 small Red onion -- sliced
4 teaspoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic -- minced
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Oregano
1 \N 12\" pizza crust
1 cup Fresh mozzarella -- diced

Preheat oven to 450~. Combine tomatoes, asparagus, zucchini, onion, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano; toss. Arrange in single layer in jellyroll pan. Roast 15 minutes. Spoon veggies on crust. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice 270 Cal, 12 Gr Fat.
