Shrimp kabobs

Ingredients

1largeGreen pepper; 1\" pieces
8ouncesPineapple chunks; in unsweetened juice
¼cupMustard, prepared
1tablespoonBrown sugar
1poundsShrimp; fresh, medium, peeled and deveined
4slicesBacon; cut into thirds
4ouncesMushrooms, button; drained

Directions

Pour boiling water over green pepper pieces; let stand 5 minutes.

Drain.

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine pineapple juice, mustard, and sugar in a small bowl; stir until well blended.

Alternate pineapple chunks, shrimp, bacon, mushrooms, and green pepper on skewers. Brush with sauce. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side, brushing often with sauce.
