Grilled pork sate - bon appetit

Ingredients

3tablespoonsChunky peanut butter
2tablespoonsFresh lime juice
2tablespoonsLow-sodium soy sauce
1tablespoonMinced peeled fresh ginger
2smallsGarlic cloves, minced
¼teaspoon(generous) dried crushed red pepper
8To 10 oz pork cutlets (about 1/4 inch thick), cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
48-inch bamboo skewers, soaked in water 10 minutes
¼cupThinly sliced green onions

Directions

Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Whisk peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper in shallow baking dish until combined. Set aside 2 T sauce. Add pork strips to remaining sauce in baking dish and toss to coat completely. Thread pork strips onto skewers. Let stand 10 minutes.

Grill until pork is slightly charred and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Brush with reserved 2 tablespoons sauce and cook 30 seconds. Transfer to platter. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
