Grilled mozzarella, tomato and basil sandw

Ingredients

8 slices White bread
8 slices Mozzarella cheese; 1-oz each
4 Italian plum tomatoes; sliced
Fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoons Margarine or butter; softened

Directions

To assemble sandwiches, top each of 4 slices of bread with 1 slice of cheese, slices from 1 tomato, fresh basil leaves and second slice of cheese; top with remaining bread slices.

Spread margarine on outside of each sandwich. Heat large skillet or griddle to 375 degrees. Cook sandwiches in skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
