Grilled meat seasoning

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Ground cumin
2 tablespoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground red pepper
½ teaspoon Ground black pepper

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Store in airtight container. Give with serving instructions. To serve: Generously sprinkle seasoning on raw meat about 2 hours before cooking; return meat to refrigerator to allow flavors to be absorbed.

Grill or broil as desired. Especially good with pork and poultry.
