Grilled teriyaki lamb chops

Ingredients

2poundsLamb chops (rib, loin or shoulder)
½cupKikkoman teriyaki marinade and sauce
3tablespoonsMinced fresh parsley
2tablespoonsDry white wine
2eachesGarlic cloves, pressed
½teaspoonBlack pepper
1tablespoonSesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Mix together ingredients, marinate chops 45 minutes. Turn chops occasionally. Reserving marinade, remove chops; place on grill 4 to 5 inches from hot coals. Cook 5 minutes on each side (for medium rare), or to desired doneness. Turn over and brush occasionally with reserved marinade. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
