1 pack | Green tomatoes, sliced |
6 larges | Onions |
1 cup | Salt |
Set overnight; drain and rinse. Add water to get salt out and boil a few minutes, drain again. Add vinegar to cover tomatoes and onions.
Add 4 pounds brown sugar, 1 stick cinnamon. Boil 2 hours until thick.
