Green chili couscous

| 1 | cup | Chicken broth |
| ¼ | cup | Sliced green onion |
| 1 | can | (4-oz) diced green chili peppers, drained |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground turmeric |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
| ⅔ | cup | Quick-cooking couscous |
Directions
In small saucepan combine juice and seasonings. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Stir in couscous. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Makes 4 side-dish servings.
