Golden couscous

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Carrot juice |
| 1 | cup | Vegetable broth |
| 1 | tablespoon | Margarine or butter |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Couscous |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Finely chopped fresh dill |
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine the carrot juice, broth, margarine and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in the couscous. Bring back to a boil, cover and remove from the heat. Let sit 10 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and dill just before serving.
