Granola cookies

Yield: 60 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Shortening
¾ cup Brown sugar, packed
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Vanilla
3 cups Flour
1½ teaspoon Cream of tartar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Granola with raisins
1 cup Milk

Cream shortening with sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour with cream of tartar, baking powder and salt. Add granola to creamed mixture.

Add flour mixture alternately with milk. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto greased baking sheets and bake at 350F 12 to 15 minutes.
