|1 teaspoon||Brown Sugar Substitute|
|⅛ cup||Margarine, Reduced-Calorie|
|2 cups||All-Purpose Flour|
|1 can||Evaporated Skim Milk|
|½ teaspoon||Baking Powder|
|½ teaspoon||Imitation Vanilla Butter-Nut Flavoring|
|¼ teaspoon||Baking Soda|
|1½ cup||Dry Granola Cereal|
Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, egg, brown sugar substitute and margarine. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 1 min, or until the mixture turns light yellow. Add the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Stir in the granola.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick vegetabke cooking spray. Using a small ice cream scoop, drop scoops of dough onto the baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 15 mins, or until the biscuits are lightly browned. Makes 18 biscuits.
