Grandma clark's corn casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Margarine
14 ounces Cream corn
14 ounces Kernel corn drained OR frozen kernel corn
1 cup Sour cream or yogurt
2 \N Eggs, beaten
2½ cup Biscuit mix
¼ cup Cornmeal

Melt marg in pan. Spread melted marg to cover pan, then pour into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and blend til just mixed.

Pour into pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Test as you would cake.

Serve warm as a vegetable or as potato replacement
