Grandma clark's corn casserole

Ingredients

½cupMargarine
14ouncesCream corn
14ouncesKernel corn drained OR frozen kernel corn
1cupSour cream or yogurt
2Eggs, beaten
cupBiscuit mix
¼cupCornmeal

Directions

Melt marg in pan. Spread melted marg to cover pan, then pour into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and blend til just mixed.

Pour into pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Test as you would cake.

Serve warm as a vegetable or as potato replacement
