Yield: 4 Servings
|14 ounces||Cream corn|
|14 ounces||Kernel corn drained OR frozen kernel corn|
|1 cup||Sour cream or yogurt|
|2 \N||Eggs, beaten|
|2½ cup||Biscuit mix|
Melt marg in pan. Spread melted marg to cover pan, then pour into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and blend til just mixed.
Pour into pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Test as you would cake.
Serve warm as a vegetable or as potato replacement
