Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Margarine |
14 ounces | Cream corn |
14 ounces | Kernel corn drained OR frozen kernel corn |
1 cup | Sour cream or yogurt |
2 \N | Eggs, beaten |
2½ cup | Biscuit mix |
¼ cup | Cornmeal |
Melt marg in pan. Spread melted marg to cover pan, then pour into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and blend til just mixed.
Pour into pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Test as you would cake.
Serve warm as a vegetable or as potato replacement
