Grammy gilman's ralsln pie

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
1 cup Raisins
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1½ cup Cold water
\N \N Pastry for 8-inch
\N \N Double-crust pie

In a saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Add all remaining ingredients except crust; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour into a prepared shell. Cut several slits in top crust and position over filling. Seal. Bake at 400 deg. for about 45 minutes or until golden. Yield: 6 servings Recipe By : Country Woman
