Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Sliced onions
3 tablespoons Butteer
¼ cup Dry sherry
½ teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

In a 10" covered skillet cook onions in butter about 10 minutes or until tender but not brown, stirring occasionally. Add sherry, salt, dash of pepper and sugar. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn into serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
