Sweet baked onions

| 2 | mediums | Onions; quartered then quartered again then separated |
| 6 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | Lemon; cut in 1/2 | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1 | pinch | Kosher salt |
| 1 | pinch | Pepper |
| 1 | pinch | Garlic |
Directions
Saute the onions in 3 tbsp olive oil. When onions begin to carmelize, squeeze the juice of half a lemon over them and continue to reduce the liquid. In an oven-proof bowl, mix 3 tbsp olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, the balsamic vinegar, sugar, kosher salt, pepper and garlic. Add the sauteed onions to the mixture and let set in a warm oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
