Ingredients

| 1 | 9-inch two-crust pie pastry | |
| 1¾ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Flour |
| 4 | cups | Gooseberries |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
Stir sugar and flour together; mix with berries. Pour into crust. Dot with butter. Put top crust on. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes. Cover edge with foil if necessary to prevent burning.
