Gooseberry pie #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 9-inch two-crust pie pastry
1¾ cup Sugar
½ cup Flour
4 cups Gooseberries
2 tablespoons Butter

Stir sugar and flour together; mix with berries. Pour into crust. Dot with butter. Put top crust on. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes. Cover edge with foil if necessary to prevent burning.
