3 pounds Cubed meat
3 tablespoons San Antonio Red
1 tablespoon New Mexico Lt
1 tablespoon FtWorth Lt
2½ tablespoon Gebhardt
2½ tablespoon Cumin
½ tablespoon Salt
½ teaspoon Accent
1 can Chicken Broth
½ can Beef Broth
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Hunt's Puree
2 teaspoons Crushed Garlic
1¼ cup Onion
1 can Chopped Green chilies
3 tablespoons Gebhardt
1½ tablespoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
¼ teaspoon Red Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt

Add "A" at first - 2¼ hours cook time.

Add "B" ½ Hour before Turn In.

Simmer for ½ hour and taste at end to Correct salt and heat
