|3 teaspoons||Chinese five spice|
|Little oil for frying|
|30 millilitres||Soy sauce|
|2 teaspoons||Sesame oil|
|1 bunch||Spring onions; chopped|
|1 tablespoon||Sesame seeds; toasted|
Fry or grill salmon, skin side down for 2 minutes and then turn, sprinkle over the 5 spice and cook through.
Add spring onions to the frying pan, toss quickly. Add soy and sesame oil, and serve on wilted greens with the toasted sesame seeds on top.
