Yield: 6 servings
|1 large||Pack vanilla pudding mix; (not instant),|
|3 cups||Vanilla soy milk|
|3 cups||Cooked brown rice|
|⅓ cup||Golden raisins|
In a large saucepan combine the vanilla pudding mix and vanilla soy milk.
Cook and stir constantly until the mixture reaches a full boil. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cooked rice, raisins, and connamon. Spoon into dessert dishes. Serve warm or chilled.
