Measure Ingredient
½ cup Onion, chopped
½ cup Celery, sliced
½ cup Carrots, grated
1 each Chicken bouillon *
1 teaspoon Salt
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
3 cups Potatoes, cubed
1 teaspoon Pepper

* 1 cube chicken bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. water... Simmer everything, except cheese, until vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes). In a separate bowl, combine 1½ cups milk with 2 tablespoons flour, until flour is dissolved. Add to vegetables mixture. Stir until thickened. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
