Yield: 4 Servings
|4 \N||Fresh bonless tuna steaks; 6-8 oz. each|
|\N \N||Salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|¼ cup||Sherry vinaigrette; recipe to follow|
Rinse the steaks and pat them dry. Place them in a glass pan, season with salt and pepper and pour vinegrette over them. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 mins to i hour. Preheat the grill. Grill the steak for 2-3 mins per side for rare, 5 mins. per side for well done.
