Goalies' grilled tuna

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Fresh bonless tuna steaks; 6-8 oz. each
\N \N Salt and freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup Sherry vinaigrette; recipe to follow

Rinse the steaks and pat them dry. Place them in a glass pan, season with salt and pepper and pour vinegrette over them. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 mins to i hour. Preheat the grill. Grill the steak for 2-3 mins per side for rare, 5 mins. per side for well done.
