Glazed sweet potato wedges

Measure Ingredient
4 teaspoons Margarine
4 teaspoons Orange juice
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 mediums Sweet potatoes, peeled each cut lengthwise into 8 wedges (abt 1 lb)
Orange slices (opt)
Parsley sprigs (opt)

Place margarine in an 8-inch square baking dish and microwave on high 30 seconds or until butter melts. Stir in orange juice and cinnamon; add potato wedges and toss. Cover with wax paper; microwave on high 6-8 minutes or until tender, stirring after 4 minutes. Garnish with orange slices and parsley if desired.
