|¼ teaspoon||Ground cinnamon|
|2 mediums||Sweet potatoes, peeled each cut lengthwise into 8 wedges (abt 1 lb)|
|Orange slices (opt)|
|Parsley sprigs (opt)|
Place margarine in an 8-inch square baking dish and microwave on high 30 seconds or until butter melts. Stir in orange juice and cinnamon; add potato wedges and toss. Cover with wax paper; microwave on high 6-8 minutes or until tender, stirring after 4 minutes. Garnish with orange slices and parsley if desired.
