|1 cup||Brown sugar|
|¼ cup||Lemon juice|
|⅓ cup||Prepared horseradish|
|1||Cure 81 Hormel ham; thinly sliced and tied with string|
Combine brown sugar, lemon juice and horseradish in a small saucepan.
Simmer until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham and bake at 250ø for 1-½ hours, basting occasionally.
