Glazed ham

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Lemon juice
⅓ cup Prepared horseradish
1 \N Cure 81 Hormel ham; thinly sliced and tied with string

Combine brown sugar, lemon juice and horseradish in a small saucepan.

Simmer until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham and bake at 250ø for 1-½ hours, basting occasionally.
