Glazed ham

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Brown sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
| ⅓ | cup | Prepared horseradish |
| 1 | Cure 81 Hormel ham; thinly sliced and tied with string | |
Directions
Combine brown sugar, lemon juice and horseradish in a small saucepan.
Simmer until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham and bake at 250ø for 1-½ hours, basting occasionally.
