Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Brown sugar |
¼ cup | Lemon juice |
⅓ cup | Prepared horseradish |
1 \N | Cure 81 Hormel ham; thinly sliced and tied with string |
Combine brown sugar, lemon juice and horseradish in a small saucepan.
Simmer until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham and bake at 250ø for 1-½ hours, basting occasionally.
