Sage corn bread stuffing

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Onion, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | cup | Celery, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Parsley, chopped |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sage, ground |
| 3 | cups | Croutons |
| 2 | cups | Corn bread crumbs |
| ½ | cup | Chicken stock |
Directions
Saute onion in butter until limp and transparent. add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into the crop and cavities of a 5-6 pound capon or turkey. Close openings with skewers and lace tightly with string.
