|20||Oreo cookies; crushed|
|¼ cup||Butter; melted|
|1 quart||French vanilla ice cream softened|
|1 small||Evaporated milk|
|2 ounces||Bittersweet chocolate|
|Slivered almonds; toasted|

Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter; pack into pie pan to make crust, then freeze. Spoon in ice cream; store in freezer. Combine evaporated milk, butter, sugar, chocolate and vanilla in saucepan; cook over low heat until sauce is smooth, stirring frequently. Let cool. Serve pie topped with sauce, whipped cream and slivered almonds. NOTE: Can also use chocolate, butter pecan or just about any flavor ice cream you desire.
