Ginger spinach

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Oil
1 \N Onion thinly sliced
1 \N Dried chili pepper, seeded
\N \N And chopped
1 \N Garlic clove, chopped
1 teaspoon Freshly grated gingerroot
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 \N 10 oz package frozen spinach
\N \N Salt to taste

In skillet, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and saute until translucent. Stir in chili, garlic, ginger and cumin. Add spinach and cook until soft. Add salt to taste.
