½ cup Molasses
4 teaspoons Baking soda
4 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Ginger
2 tablespoons Orange peel; grated

Date: 30 Nov 1994 17:47:24 -0500 Mix, then chill for 1-24 hours. Roll in balls. Dunk in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350F.
