Ginger seafood salad

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box bow ties
2 cans Waterchestnuts, diced
2 \N Cucumbers, chopped
2 cups Cooked shrimp, diced
2 cups Shredded carrots
⅔ cup Mayo
⅔ cup Plain yogurt
½ teaspoon Fresh ground ginger
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Sugar
\N \N Several dashes hot sauce (to taste)


Cook bow ties and add the rest make ginger dressing (below) GINGER DRESSING: Mix all.
