Gingered shrimp salad

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Shrimp, cooked |
| ¼ | cup | Vinegar, white wine |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 2 | cups | Celery |
| ¾ | cup | Oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Water |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Ginger |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Carrot |
Directions
Mix together all ingredients except shrimp and vegetables. Pour half over shrimp and half over the vegetables. Marinate for an hour, drain and serve over lettuce or sprouts.
