Gingered shrimp salad

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Shrimp, cooked
¼ cup Vinegar, white wine
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 cups Celery
¾ cup Oil
2 tablespoons Water
1½ teaspoon Ginger
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Carrot

Mix together all ingredients except shrimp and vegetables. Pour half over shrimp and half over the vegetables. Marinate for an hour, drain and serve over lettuce or sprouts.
