Ginger salmon

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Honey Dijon mustard
1 \N Lemon; juice of
4 \N Minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
4 \N 6 oz. salmon fillets

Directions: Whisk together the mustard, lemon, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Place half of the marinade over the salmon and marinate 2-3 hours or overnight. Place the marinated fillets in a shallow baking dish and broil for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with the remaining marinade to glaze them. Broil for 2 minutes longer. Serve with mashed potatoes and winter vegetables.
