Ginger creams (ginger bread boys)

Yield: 48 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Margarine
1¼ cup Sugar
1 \N Egg
1 cup Molasses
1 cup Hot coffee
1 tablespoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Salt
5½ cup Flour

Cream margarine and sugar together until smooth, then add ingredients in order. Chill thoroughly before rolling out; cut with cookie cutters (gingerbread men preferred!). Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
