Ginger bread (a b m)

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Milk
¼ cup Light molasses
1 Egg
3 tablespoons Margarine
3⅓ cup Bread flour
½ cup Powdered sugar, sifted
¼ teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
¾ teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¾ teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Yeast
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
3 teaspoons Milk

1½ POUND LOAF

LEMON ICING (OPTIONAL

Add the first 10 ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. Use light setting. If desired, when bread is cool, drizzle bread with Lemon Icing.

Lemon Icing: In a small mixing bowl stir together the powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and enough milk to make an icing of drizzling consistency.
