German pork cake

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fat pork
1 cup Coffee
2 cups Brown sugar
1 Box of raisins
1½ cup Nuts
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Mix well. Grease and flour tube cake pan. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Baking time is 1 to 1½ hours. Moisten white cloth with wine and put it over the cake for 1 or 2 weeks before you plan to serve it. Dampen cloth with wine when it gets dry.
