German applesauce meatloaf

Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Ground pork |
| ½ | cup | Finely diced onion |
| 1 | cup | Applesauce |
| 1 | cup | Bread crumbs |
| 3 | tablespoons | Ketchup |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan. Bake for 1½ to 2 hours. Let cool 10-15 minutes.
Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve.
