General thurston house eggs

Ingredients

| 6 | Cubed slices bread | |
| ¾ | pounds | Sausage |
| 8 | Eggs; lightly beaten | |
| 2 | cups | Milk; OR MORE |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | cup | Sharp cheddar; (grated) |
| ½ | cup | Sauteed sliced mushrooms |
Directions
Saute mushrooms with sausage. night before, layer bread, sausage and mushrooms, and grated cheese in a baking dish sprayed w/ Pam. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard, and pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Refrigerate overnite. In the morning, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serves 6-8
