General thurston house eggs

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Cubed slices bread
¾ pounds Sausage
8 \N Eggs; lightly beaten
2 cups Milk; OR MORE
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 cup Sharp cheddar; (grated)
½ cup Sauteed sliced mushrooms

Saute mushrooms with sausage. night before, layer bread, sausage and mushrooms, and grated cheese in a baking dish sprayed w/ Pam. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard, and pour over ingredients in baking dish.

Refrigerate overnite. In the morning, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serves 6-8
