8 \N | Eggs; lightly beaten |
2 cups | Milk; OR MORE |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Dry mustard |
1 cup | Sharp cheddar; (grated) |
½ cup | Sauteed sliced mushrooms |
Saute mushrooms with sausage. night before, layer bread, sausage and mushrooms, and grated cheese in a baking dish sprayed w/ Pam. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard, and pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Refrigerate overnite. In the morning, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serves 6-8
