Garlic and parsley prawns

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 ounce Butter; (25g)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Schwartz Minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Schwartz Parsley
8 ounces Large peeled prawns; (225g)
French bread; 1 lemon - cut into
; wedges.

TO SERVE

Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. Add the Minced Garlic, Parsley and prawns and stir fry until sizzling. Serve immediately with plenty of French bread and lemon wedges.

Serves 4 as a starter
