|1 ounce||Butter; (25g)|
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|1 teaspoon||Schwartz Minced Garlic|
|1 tablespoon||Schwartz Parsley|
|8 ounces||Large peeled prawns; (225g)|
|French bread; 1 lemon - cut into|
Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. Add the Minced Garlic, Parsley and prawns and stir fry until sizzling. Serve immediately with plenty of French bread and lemon wedges.
