Prawn & garlic sauce

6Teasp olive oil
2Cloves garlic, finely chopped salt/pepper
3ouncesButter
8ouncesPeeled prawns
6Teasp chopped fresh chives

Directions

Heat the oil and the butter until butter is melted Add garlic and cook gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally Stir in the prawns, cook gently until heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped chives then pour sauce over hot pasta
