Parmesan prawns

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
24 mediums Prawns, uncooked
1 tablespoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Flour
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Oil
1½ tablespoon Lemon juice
2 cups Fine bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup Water
1 \N Egg
1 pinch Salt



Shell the prawns and butterfly them. Season with salt, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Dip the seasoned prawns into the DIPPING BATTER and roll them in the crumb/cheese mixture. Deep fat fry them at 350 F, 2 mins, until golden brown. DIPPING BATTER: Mix all ingredients together.
