Garden vegetable burgers

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Chopped green bell pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dry breadcrumbs |
| 1 | Egg white | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix them together with your hands or with a fork. Divide the mixture into four equal portions, and shape them into ½-inch-thick patties. Place the patties on your prepared grill rack and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired degree of doneness.
