1½ cup | Finely chopped pecans |
1½ cup | Whole-wheat bread crumbs |
1¼ cup | Finely chopped spinach |
¾ cup | Grated carrot |
¼ cup | Chopped green pepper |
¼ cup | Chopped red pepper |
6 \N | Shallots, chopped |
2 tablespoons | Chopped celery |
1 tablespoon | Chopped fresh parsley |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
Combine chick-peas, pecans, bread crumbs, spinach, carrot, green and red pepper, shallots, celery, parsley and mayonnaise. Shape into 6 patties.
Saute patties in butter, cooking until browned on both sides.
