Wonderful veggie burgers

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Firm tofu; drained
1½ cup Raw oatmeal
½ cup Grated carrots
1 \N Chopped; sauteed onion
1 tablespoon Tahini; more or less
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Add a mix of whatever spices/herbs you prefer Shape into patties on baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, turn them over, bake for 10 more minutes. They are great hot or cold. We add flavorings to make the spicy.

Basic recipe is bland but very good. We make them all the time.
