Garden turkey & rice salad

1cupCooked turkey breast, cut into bite size pieces
1cupCelery, coarsely chopped
1cupCarrots, sliced
¾cupToasted wheat germ
cupGreen onions, sliced
3tablespoonsFresh parsley, chopped (optional) l/2 tsp. black pepper l/2 cup fat free Italian salad dressing
¼cupLemon juice

Directions

Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl. Combine Italian dressing and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.
