Garbanzo dip (no tahini)

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | AM Garbanzo Flour |
| 1½ | cup | Water |
| 1 | cup | Tofu |
| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Sea salt (optional) |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder (or more) |
Directions
Mix the garbanzo flour and water in a saucepan. Bring to a simmering boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Stir into the cooked garbanzo paste. As the dip sits, it will become thicker.
If necessary, add a little water to reach the desired consistency.
