Garbanzo stew

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Dried Garbanzo Beans
10 cups Water
2 Potatoes Chunked
2 Carrots Thickly Sliced
2 Stalks Celery Thickly
2 Onions Chopped
2 tablespoons Low Sodium Tamari (Opt.)

1. Place the Garbanzos and Water in a Large Pot. Bring To a Boil, Reduce Heat To Medium Low, Cover and Cook At Least 2 Hours.

2. add Remaining Ingredients and Cook until Tender, Usually 1 Hour More, Depending on How Soft You Like Your Vegetables.
