Fudge brownie pie (rice)

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Butter or margarine, melted |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | All-purpose flour |
| ⅓ | cup | Unsweetened baking cocoa |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| ½ | cup | Chopped pecans Whipped cream, optional Strawberries, optional |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter. Add eggs; mix well. Add flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased 9-in. pie pan. Bake at 350! for 25-30 minutes or until almost set.
Serve with whipped cream and strawberries if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
