| 300 | grams | Fruit (strawberry; plums, etc.) in very small parts |
| 100 | millilitres | Milk |
| 50 | millilitres | Whipping cream |
| 150 | grams | Sugar |
| ½ | Egg white | |

From: ekoster@... (E.A. Koster) Date: Tue, 27 Jul 1993 08:56:39 GMT Mix the white of the egg till it's `compact'. Mix all the other ingredients completely. Pour it in the ice-maker or any other bowl. When using an ice-maker it will be ready in 20 minutes. When you have not put it in the freezer and mix it every 5 minutes first, and after a while every 10 minutes.
