Chocolate ice cream #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cans (13-oz) evaporated milk
1 can (16-oz) chocolate syrup
Milk

Beat eggs until light and fluffy; stir in sugar, vanilla, evaporated milk and syrup. Pour into a 1-gallon freezer. Fill within 3 inches of top of can with milk. Freeze and let ripen at least 2 hours. Makes 1 gallon.
