Vanilla ice cream #1

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Eggs
2½ cup Sugar
6 cups Milk
4 cups Light cream
2 tablespoons Vanilla
½ teaspoon Salt

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens.

Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly & freeze in ice cream freezer.

Makes 1 gallon.
